Merritt Star Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. The staff are always kind and polite

My husband+ I absolutely love Merritt Star Pharmacy. I filled hubby's meds here + they were always ready on time. There was no worry about running out of them. Pharmacist called when they were ready for pickup. There was no "here's 5 pills, come back tomorrow" for the rest, that I have experienced with Brand name pharmacies. They are so good, in fact, that I paid for meds here, that were free or less cost at Brand name pharmacies, because of Merritt Star's reliability. We recently changed to a chain Pharmacy at the insurance company 's request.

When I first met the people that run this pharmacy when they were over there off of Wise avenue I knew from the first day I never wanted to go anywhere else! And I don't think I ever will go anywhere else. They're always so helpful and with any questions or concerns and they always call me when my refills are ready without my asking at all. When I don't have a refill left they will generously fax my Dr. and they always seem to know that I need those specific medications for my daily med intake. Usually through my experience of being on medication my whole life and went through several pharmacies I will say definitely this is the best pharmacy and the best pharmacy staff they're like family in some sort of way because they know the meds 💊🩹we need when we forget🤷 that's awesome!!!🦸They call

Been going here for over 20 years. All was great up until about a year ago. They do not follow up with their customers, out of meds for days and then they told me my insurance will no longer participate so they’ll transfer to CVS. Get to CVS and there is no record of me in system- no call was made. Holiday weekend and I can’t get meds because of their negligence!

The two pharmacists are professional helpful and compassionate. My dad has been going there for years and he really likes the help he gets there.
