University of Maryland Urgent Care - Dundalk

Definitely my favorite urgent care!! The staff was so nice and funny. I appreciate the warm welcome for me and my child. Fahad the medical assistant was very funny and down to earth he made my son feel comfortable during his appointment. Nurse practitioner sherry kalinski was very nice and bubbly she was very accurate in explaining how long my child would be sick and she made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. And I like she allow my son to speak for hisself when explaining his symptoms and also gave him the option of medications or not. All the staff was very friendly and funny. Today didn’t feel like we visited an urgent care. It felt like we went to visit family. My services was beyond 5 stars from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The best one in Dundalk.

I went to this location this morning, after dealing with symptoms from the common cold for more than one week. I found out that my cold had turned into a sinus infection, which is why I felt like I was back to square one with my symptoms. The woman at the front desk checked me in and was pleasant. The woman who took my blood pressure, etc. was also pleasant. Last, but not least, Haley Schweizer, PA-C took care of me and was extremely knowledgeable. She was super thorough and she was a pleasure to deal with. I left feeling better, because of her. I picked up all of my prescriptions from Walgreens and headed home to start taking them. Thank you to the staff at this location in Dundalk. I appreciate you.

The staff and the doctors are great. Nicole and David were so helpful and kind. And Dr. Eddie has a great bedside manner. He is a fantastic doctor. Overall I would rate my experience on the whole visit a 10 put of 10. I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend urgent care dundalk to all my family and friends because at urgent care your treated with, care and very happy when you leave. 😇

David and Marie greeted me with such care. This is an awesome place to get triaged especially after an injury.
