Set up an appointment and they sent me a packet looking for past medical information, I sent them my history from my previous doctor instead. Thought the matter was closed. Got a call saying my appointment was canceled stating they didn't hear from me (I missed one call from them) or receive the packet back. Again, I sent my history to them directly from my doctor. Asked them if they had received my history from my last doctor and they weren't sure. They asked me if I'd like to reschedule. Keep in mind my original appointment from writing this was still 2 months out. Now they're saying the next available appointment is 2 months further out from my original, despite them cancelling my appointment not even 15 minutes prior. Not sure why they couldn't have just called before cancelling to

The facilities are clean, and the front desk staff are genuinely kind and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I repeatedly felt dismissed and like my health concerns weren’t taken seriously. When you’re feeling sick and vulnerable, warmth and compassion go a long way. Unfortunately, I consistently encountered nurses who acted cold and uncaring, which really upset me. One experience that sticks out was calling in the morning while dealing with a painful issue and having to wait six hours for a response, only for them to call me back two minutes before closing and tell me to go to urgent care. If that was the plan, it could have been communicated hours earlier. Waiting all day in pain was incredibly frustrating, and I felt unheard and unsupported. I wouldn’t recommend

Have a 4 month old that has been sick for 3 weeks and they won't see him. Gone to urgent care twice for this and was supposed to have a follow up but it got canceled. I'm sorry but a 4 month that has been sick for this long and calling this office every week and being told that you can't see him is unacceptable. He's 4 months old! Started off great with this office but now its ridiculous.

Don't tell. This place, you have a history of substance abuse.Otherwise, they will treat you completely differently.And by differently, I mean, they will prescribe.You adderall but not give you anything for restless legs because of your addiction history right ! Prescribe me the most addictive thing on the planet But then refused to help me with something that I have been dealing with For a very long time

Called as a new patient , told her I have medicare , asked if they accepted it , she said yes, then told me to write down few doctors to see if Medicare would except them ... what a joke , shouldn't have to do that calling to be a new patient
