ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I recently visited ConvenientMD Urgent Care and the visit started off really well. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The medical aide who triaged me had great bedside manners and made the process comfortable. I also appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long for testing. The only downside was my interaction with the nurse practitioner. Her demeanor felt a bit overbearing and it seemed like my concerns were being dismissed. I’m in my 40s and usually try natural remedies first, but I came in because I had been around many children at a water park and wanted to make sure I wasn’t dealing with a bacterial infection. The experience was good from the start. No woman checking me in was efficient at the front desk. The woman that did my intake was very friendly and got me set up to see the doctor. The doctor came in in only a few minutes of waiting and provide provided great service and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.

The provider and staff were very approachable and knowledgeable about their field of work. Any concerns or worries I had were explained thoroughly in a way that I easily could understand it their attitudes were so amazing. It felt as if this wasn’t even my first time being here.

Honestly I walked in there with the most excruciating eye pain and walked out without the slightest hint of it. It was only temporary I knew, but it certainly was appreciated. Their office contacted the office of an eye specialist in Nashua and helped set up an appointment for me. Perfect timing and this doctor made the pain go away permanently. I think the entire process could not have been handled any better.
