I had found a lost pug, he was so thirsty and hungry and was having allergy due to heat. I took him home, I contacted the number in collar but wasn’t getting response from owners, fast enough and was worried about the dog eyes, I took the dog here they looked up if the dog was chipped for free for me, and gave me a temporary dog leash and they contacted the owners for me as well. The dog was reunited with his family same day. Everyone was friendly and very helpful

Always have a good experience with Merrill animal clinic; very friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean exam rooms and waiting areas. I love that I am always sent home with an abundance of information about my visit and any products/meds being brought home. Thank you so much!

I have been a Merrill Road customer since the 90's each of my pets over the years have been cared for by this team. I feel comfortable and confident in the staffs knowledge base and consideration for my babies and their unique circumstances. I've welcomed fur family into my life with Merrill and said sorrowful goodbyes with Merrill as well. They're a part of my fur family, and I wholly recommend their services and care.

I am truly disappointed in this veterinary. My cat has been sick and suffering for weeks. Did many tests and they didnt see she had cancer and the suffering continued. Their response to my texts were delayed when asking for results from tests and when this were getting worst. As of now still no response to my to my call and text 2 days ago I had to take my cat to another vet to get a solution. Even tho it was not a positive outcome the results and compassion.were immediate. I will to be back nor recommend you to anyone Yall need to be more responsive and more compassionate. Yall just took my money and still couldn't come with a solution when the xray clearly showed she had cancer. Another vet had to see it from your xray you did.

Wonderful atmosphere took care of our baby kitten. Professional and friendly the whole time. That was my first visit and I loved it. Thank you so much to the staff and doctor
