Dr. Thiha He do not listen to patient's complaints. All he do is nod his head. He get you out of this office very quickly. In the past He had 3 great workers and they all left him. He have a psychotic One working at the Desk All she do is mess up your appointments . She were complaining to me how he doesn't take up for her And make the patient talk to her certain kind of way but now I understand why ,because she is rude. I went there the other day and was complaining about her. he tell me if I don't like him I can go elsewhere. said I was not complaining about you Even though should.He do not check or Write notes are check your result If you don't tell him. Doctor is not very kind and does not seam to pay any attention to what you tell him. I called about my legs and feet swelling to the point i could not put on shoes, and finding what I thought was blood in my stool. they got me in the very next morning but when I seen the doctor he was talking about issues that i was to take care of at my next follow up appointment and did and said nothing about my new issues. I have called two days in a row to see if he was going to call in some water pills for my swelling and nothing has happens to date. I have decided to change my PCP and go to the E.R because of this. No appointment I have had with him has taken longer then 5 mins , he is in such a hurry to get done even though there is no one in the office waiting to be seen. If you don't want or need

Contacted the office as a new patient and I will never recommend this business nor use it. Th reason is I was treated very rudely. First call I was hung up on my office worker. All that was requested was to consolidate new patient paperwork with the 1st appointment. No, I had to pop by to get the paperwork, then return with completed paperwork AND then make another appointment. Second call was office manager and it was worst. Do not use this business because they do not care about people, just their process. The reason for their action was "we are a small office" so they could not work with me on this matter. GO find a Doctor office that cares about people! because this business does not.
