Merit Hearing

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Shelby Matthews in the North Palm Beach office. The testing was very thorough, Dr. Shelby explained everything in very understandable terms and was a positive force for me in my hearing journey. I'm so pleased to have a doctor like her to guide me.

Shelby Matthews is just terrific. She spent the time necessary to explain what was going on with my hearing and but the newest and latest option options are. We’re going to test some Right now. Any doctors have no bedside manner that’s not true with Shelbi. I recommend her highly hearing aids.

Dr. Matthews and Bianca went above and beyond the call of duty. I was in need of new hearing aids. All of the testing was very thorough, and Dr. Matthews took the time to carefully review all of the results with me. I highly recommend their office in North Palm Beach.

Very professional. Made sure my ears were cleared of wax. Something other hearing places don't bother doing. Explain everything to me. Very nice staff.

Last February, my husband and I visited the new location in North Palm Beach for his annual hearing test, and saw Dr. Shelby Matthews. It was the best experience and such a relief to know that we had such an excellent doctor. Dr. Matthews is very personable and took the time to answer all our questions. In addition to the hearing test, she cleaned my husband's hearing aids and made arrangements for him to get new ones with better battery life, as his current hearing aids were still under warranty. Dr. Matthews has seen my husband several times since and she consistently takes the time to address his questions or concerns. She and her receptionist, Bianca, are so worth the extra drive to North Palm Beach from west Jupiter. We highly recommend her and Merit Hearing.
