This was my granddaughter and I first time going to see an allergist doctor. Dr. Koterba was professional, courteous and provided top tier service to my granddaughter. He evaluated my granddaughter and conducted an allergy tests on her back. Dr.Alan Korterba explained everything to where we understood the process and felt confident when we left to handle her allergy needs. I want to Thank Dr Koterba and his staff. The staff couldn't be any nicer or more professional. Dr. Koterba is very understanding. Young enough to be up on the latest technology and old enough to have many years of experience under his belt. And thats a good thing in today's social climate. The facility is clean and clean smelling. The building has been there forever. A fresh remodeling can be seen everywhere. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Directly across from the golf course.

Update: they got me in sooner than my original appointment and that was nice of them. my visit was amazing. The doctor and assistants were great. I changed my review to reflect that I'm only knocking it down one star for the you can't even be 3 minutes late thing. I still would recommend people to him but I'd just say leave your house extra early Cannot speak for the doctor himself I'm sure he's a great doctor and I'm looking forward to getting the help, but I waited 3 weeks and took off work to make an appointment. I was 3 minutes late for it because of traffic and they told me last night they changed their policy for being late. It was a grace of 15min and now it's 0 min. No prior emails no texts to warn patients nothing. I always try to be on time but you can never predict traffic. Any

Outstanding experience at Institute for Asthma and Allergy I had an appointment this morning with allergist Dr. Alan Koterba, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Koterba, Kiara (his assistant), and the front desk staff were all professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—both medically and administratively. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with no wasted time. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing, which immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to find a medical office where every interaction feels this well organized and genuinely caring. I highly recommend the Institute for Asthma and Allergy to anyone looking for top-quality allergy care.

Dr Koterba is brilliant kind and willing to take the time to truly explain things. He listens intently and tells us exactly what I need to understand. My wife and I only wish we had started with him not our other doctor in this health saga. He also communicates with my other specialist. His team is excellent also. We are so thankful he is our Immunization Specialist. Ray
