Dr. Kwon and all of his staff do an amazing job! From the moment you enter that door, or call into the office you feel like you're valued completely. Two words...painless anesthesia. I've never heard of the numbing shot at the dentist literally being pain free. Adults and children alike are all smiles in this place. The front desk is knowledgeable and accommodating. The office is gorgeous, state of the art and clean. I'm not sure what these other reviews are in reference to. Maybe the fact that there are so many dentist in this area? Left the review for the wrong office perhaps? The other Dr listed in one of the reviews doesn't work here. It's family owned apparently, and always has been. I for one, know where my dental home is....and it won't be changing as long as they're there.

The most friendly, helpful,honest, trust worthy dental staff i have ever seen. I have a unique situation and they took their time to go out of the way to help me smile again. I wouldn't have my kids go anywhere else. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been coming to this Dental office for the past 3 years or so now and I love it. Doctor Kwon and his team of staff members do a phenomenal job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. The dentists and their staff are also very personable and are always friendly. I have never seen any of the staff upset or annoyed by being on the job. My children also enjoy going to Meriden Dental Associates on broad street in Meriden because the waiting room is very kid friendly with game consoles and flat screen tv's. An added plus for the kids is after their exam is complete, they get to choose from a wide range of toys to take home. Everyone usually fears going to the dentist, but not my family as the Dentists and staff makes it a wonderful experience.

Everyone there made us feel welcome like they always do and they made us feel safe. There weren't alot of people in the office and they saw us right at our appointment time and they explained everything they were doing for my 6year old daughter. The hygienist even went into another room to find sunglasses to make my daughter comfortable. Very nice visit. Thank you!

Bad experience, I complain to the dentist regarding a pain and sound on my jaw and he tell me there was no remedy to it. I went to another dentist office and got a referred to a specialist in New Haven where they found a hearnieted disc and artritis on the left side of my jaw where the pain and sound is. Very unprofessional not to refereed me to another dentist or specialist, and just say I have no remedy. Also his wife did a horrible job on a filling, wish I end it going back due the pain after it was aperently fix. They also give you appointments make you loose a day of work, or time to tell you that your not due to a cleansing until the following year. When my insurance cover every 6 months due the asma inhalers and medication I take. Very bad experience, I recommend people to be aware
