No one had openings for endoscopy and colonoscopy for months, Dr office said they could get my wife in 3 weeks at Clinton Mercy, I really didn't want to drive to Clinton from QCA was ever sure it was in network, Dr said wouldn't be no issues, insurance would pay most of it, got there told us about 3 to 4 hrs procedure, we were there total 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish and she was done. over $24,000 bill but insurance fought it for months asking why we didn't go to Mercy in QCA, they finally paid some, now we're stuck with $6k now making monthly payments for 5 months. now their demanding $5k by end of month or charge 26 percent interest, I thought paying $200 month was acceptable but guess not. Called now demanding $870 immediately to stop going to collections, told us people

I was poisoned in April. Admitting nurse treated me like a drug addict. Hey, guess what, the drug test came back clean! Oh, and I lifted up the seat in the bathroom, and it was dirty underneath. YUCK.

Just took my 13 year old daughter there. Thought it was appendicitis. Turns out just constipation. All the staff was great in and out in an hour. Very professional. I’m thankful for there care.

Went in with breathing issues, chest pains and fatigue. After ct, xrays, drug testing and an opiod blocker( did not know about till bill came), sent home with Plurcey,, I HAD A COLLAPSED LEFT LUNG, that took 2 1/2 weeks in rockford hospital to solve. If they cannot find collaped lung, they need to be taught how to do thier job!!!

I went there for help & they treated me as a drug addict. She told me the reason I was being drug tested was because “I’m not giving you anything until I know what’s in your system.” My real diagnosis with bipolar 1 w psychotic features and PTSD. The drugs they refuse to give me were CRUCIAL antipsychotics.
