MercyCare North Urgent Care

shout out to the physician assistant who barely looked over my sick mom. he said she "didn't look sick" he did not check her throat, nose, or ears when she said that was one of her issue. told her to come back if she felt worse. when she told him work made her come to know when she can go back to work his answer was "I don't know 2 or 3 days." he was incredibly unprofessional and seems like he didn't want to be there. I understand there is alot of people but he was in the room with her for maybe 5 minutes

Very bad experience with Dr. Anand. Came in for concerns about Cdiff after experiencing consistent symptoms for a week and recently getting off of antibiotics. Had a fever, high pulse, and had significant weight loss since I got sick. She comes in and is literally in the room for MINUTES. Checks ears and throat and presses on my abdomen and says it’s consistent with cdiff but I need to go to the ER because they don’t offer lab services- despite their website and listings indicating they do? If I knew that I wouldn’t have paid to be seen to get nowhere. Terrible social skills and seems like a pattern for her to just send people off to the ER. Didn’t even entertain other options like putting in an order for labs somewhere like Weland or Mercy. Will avoid this location and specifically Dr. An

Very poor experience. Didn't get back to for a hour past my scheduled appointment. Doctor could care less what I had to say. So much so they prescribed OTC medication I told her I was already taking. Dont waste your time or money find ANY other location, your local veterinary would do a better job.

The worst place to go. Twice we have been sent to another location because thier stuff doesn't work. Then wait for hours at the other location. Advice don't go here. You are better off with Unity point urgent care at least thier stuff works. And its alot faster. I will not make this mistake ever again...

They got me in and out so quick and easy! Very nice staff. Overall good experience!
