They treat patients very badly. Those people who you go to for a check-up for the first time with the same people, you tell them your problem, they do not treat patients well at all, they do not answer patients' questions properly when you say this is my problem. They say see the doctor, when you say how can I contact the doctor, they say I do not know, you should see the doctor, they are very rude and do not listen to what you say at all. They treat a slightly older lady with a stern face in the afternoon shift until 8:35 when I was there, that lady was there and behaved the same way. I am very sorry that they employ such people in such places.😏

I give places two chances if I have a bad experience, and usually the second time around is good, but both times I came here, it wasn't a good experience. The first time I went, they told me to stop taking medication I was on and prescribed something that I wasn't supposed to take. The second time around I was dealing with a skin issue, and the doctor was friendly, and asked a lot of questions about my condition, and recommended getting a injection that lasts three months. Granted, it was my choice to do it or not, but he recommended doing it, and I ended up having to go to the hospital and a different urgent care because the injection made the problem worse. If I could give this a 0 stars or negative stars I would!! This was my first time visiting this urgent care, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I came in with body aches and a sore throat because I’m traveling soon and wanted to get checked and possibly start treatment. The doctor was dismissive from the beginning, laughing at my concerns and implying I should have just rested instead of coming in. That alone made me feel unheard as a patient. The exam felt rushed and was not explained clearly. I wasn’t told what the doctor thought might be going on or given any kind of diagnosis. I was first offered a steroid shot, which I declined. Me and my mom took my little sister here to get a check up because she was feeling unwell and we spent so long waiting maybe around 20 to 30 minutes because all the staff was too busy chatting away about some drama 😒. Then we had to wait even longer just to see if she tested for the flu or covid and the staff was still chatting away!!! 100% do not recommend this place!!!

I had a great experience at Mercy West Urgent Care in Turlock. The registration process was quick and simple, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Lucas was fantastic! He answered all my questions, clearly explained the medications and how they would work, and had a great sense of humor that made me feel comfortable. Overall, I give this place a 10/10. Thanks for making my visit so easy and welcoming!
