Mercy Urgent Care Boone

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at any urgent care/medical facility! I made an appt online in advance and when we got there we were greeted at the front door and taken straight back to a room. Every staff member was so nice, we could have stayed and talked to them all day! We saw the doctor within minutes and the visit was over as fast as it started. If | could have them for my PCP | would!!! 100% highly recommend!

We are out of town on a ski trip, and tubing accident gone wrong. I hurt my foot and looked for an Urgent Care! What a wonderful experience! The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, and the nurses and doctors were phenomenal. They were informative on explaining my injury, and gave me a boot and crutches to help with my recovery! ❤️‍🩹 I would highly recommend!

Everybody here has been absolutely fantastic! They were wonderful with my daughter and so caring and compassionate. I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness. I highly recommend them!!

I would highly recommend this urgent care. The appointment and scheduling process was very simple and easy, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and listened. The diagnosis process was thorough and my outcome was a success.

I highly recommend this Mercy Urgent Care. Scheduling was easy and not a long wait. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, staff, nurse. The PA went above and beyond to find the right care for me, and took her time and really listened. Highly recommend!
