Hearing Instrument Specialist, Tara Crotts was very friendly, professional and most of all she was helpful in answering my questions. She set my Apple cell iPhone with the Oticon Companion app. I especially like that I can adjust the volume of the hearing aid on my iPhone.

I was having trouble with my Resound hearing after I had one repaired at the VA. Due to a long waiting list at the VA, I called Mountain Hearing and was able to be seen in two days. Mike Dellinger forewarned me that he might not have the software to fix my problem but that he would gladly try. I arrived as scheduled and was welcomed to his office. He quickly assessed the issue with a loud feedback and very irritating noise in one of my devices. He very professionally got in contact with the company that made the device and in less than 30 minutes had returned my device to its original settings. I am pleased to recommend his office to anyone needing hearing aids or assistance with calibrating existing aids.

Having problems with my oticon hearing aids. Randi was able to fix quickly and also deep cleaned my hearing aids, check and upgraded. Entire process took a half hour.
