After the 2nd day my husband was there, we all, including him, knew he was dying. It was devastating. They CONSTANTLY tried to push their Hospice House on him, when not only Him, which was the most important one of all, but myself, his daughter and my daughter who thought of him as her own wanted to go back to Benton Missouri and put him on hospice from Saint Francis Hospital. He had many relatives, from his Sister to his own daughter work there along with plenty others. He arrived last week of August. We had already decided about a week or 2 prior to him having to be taken late at night by ambulance to Mercy South East. All he wanted to do Before they transferred him till September 3rd, in which they'd kept giving him all kinds of different Medications to raise his blood pressure, so
The biggest joke you could ever sit in. Don't go here even if you are dying. They will put you in the corner and wait for it to happen. The crappiest joke around is the staff and the care they give. My wife was in a car accident where the entire car was crushed and they just put her in the corner. Not knowing if she had a brain injury or broken bone. If I could file a complaint that actually mattered, I would. But even the administration doesn't care. If you value your life. Don't go here. Because they don't value your life.
They switched my insulin and got me on a pump ive been trying to get one for years. LOVE THIS OFFICE
It’s one thing to wait a long time for treatment, but another issue entirely when you hear conflicting information from your nurses about the wait (“your blood work is fine, they’re rerunning it”, “jk, it’s fine, they’re doing a diagnostic on their machine”) and you feel like you’re just a nuisance. With the way they handled my family’s treatment, I wouldn’t go back unless I absolutely had to; they made a difficult situation even worse with their lack of communication throughout the entire process
Just waited 7 hours to get two blood draws. A chest x-ray. Also had my blood pressure checked twice. Never saw a doctor. Asked the nurse at the desk she said it was normal lately. Brought up 14 hour waits. While shuffling people in that came after me. If you want to be seen at this emergency room I would say to call an ambulance. I was surrounded by sick people for way to long with no proficiency and more people just dodging responsibility. I would say it is heavily mismanaged at this time. Go somewhere else.
