Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs Telegraph

I picked up my medication at this pharmacy and this young girl w black shirt was cashier . She was very rude , handed change back by trowing it in my hand and not even saying Thank you ! I responded by saying Thank you to her and her response was silence.. What happened w customer service ? She made me feel very uncomfortable and will not be using that pharmacy again .

My family has switched to Dierbergs Mercy pharmacy from Walgreens. Everyone we interact with at Dierbergs Mercy pharmacy is friendly, caring and so pleasant... doesn't matter if we call, use the drive up or walk in. We go out of our way to use their services and they are 100% worth it.

This pharmacy has been amazing. Never once have I felt like "a number". I drive out of my way for them.

I will never use this Pharmacy ever because of the way the have treated a friend of mine. When they had a question about her script, instead of calling the Dr., they simply drew a big red X on her script and would not fill it. She had to go back to the Dr and go thru the whole thing over again and then go to another Pharmacy....She has a lung condition, but doesn't look sick and they accused her of being a drug addict. Another time, the Dr made a mistake on the script, and instead of calling him, they made us call him, to have him call them and it took 3 hours to get the script straight and filled! their customer service sucks!

Best pharmacy hands down! Friendly and helpful staff.
