Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs Southroads

This pharmacy and its team is absolutely awesome. I had left some very expensive medication refrigerator required in a shopping cart here overnight. Thankfully I was able to find it, but in the process of trying to locate it, one of the pharmacists, Julie, got wind of my situation. She took the time to personally call me and warn me about the medication's shelf life if left unrefridgerated, something she didnt have to do. I have had a few other great encounters with her but this one takes the cake. I can tell she truly cares about her job. I have only used this pharmacy for a medication that is hard to find elsewhere, but after this encounter, I am switching over all of my medications to here. Harisa has great customer service. She was able to get me my medicine even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Thank you again

Julie is a horrible pharmacist and does not want to perform essential functions of her job. Hangs up the phone on people and patients.
