The pharmacist was extremely rude to my wife over the phone. I understand it’s a high stress business but some basic customer service skills would’ve been nice here. Switching the Walgreens because they have never been rude to us.

This is absolutely inexcusable, I have family members whose lives depend on the medication they need. I’m sure I’m not the only one, my father and my mother ordered refills of medication over a week ago and was told bluntly that it won’t be available for another week (Minimum). I am fed up with individuals not doing their jobs. Medications, especially when it involve some life and death circumstances are not to be given such a low priority. Notwithstanding, this is something that needs to be fixed or I'll be sure to change my location and ensure I inform my family and friends not to come here.

I have had very good experiences with the pharmacists at this location. When they have been short of a medication they have offered to obtain it from nearby locations to accommodate my needs. They have been helpful with answering questions about medications. I highly recommend this location.
