Mercy Medical Pavilion

Tuesday I had two radiology appointments and one ultrasound and they were all three back to back with no down time between them! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention the valet parking which was like icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends.

5-13-3025 Tuesday. The receptionist @ the Radiology department by the name of "ERICA" needs to take a three month class on phone etiquette because she's the most rudest person I've encountered. Coming from this Medical facility. Then she got loud over the phone. Attention Mercy Medical Pavilion "Radiology department". Y'all need to train your medical receptionist better. It's disgusting how medical staff speak to patients over the phone.

The flabatomists were great and friendly. -3 stars for registration. I asked for the cost. Registration person said she would let me know the costs and never gave it to me. I was also asked to electronically sign two documents but was not offered to view what I was signing nor was I given copies of anything. Isn't there laws saying I need to be given an estimate of my health care costs. I think it's called the no surprise act.

I was there for an ultrasound at the imaging department. 32 oz of water and 50 minutes later I was really uncomfortable. Christy was so talkative and helped me relax through the procedure. She kept me updated as to my progress throughout the process. Knowing how many more images I needed helped me stay focused. Great job!

Half a star is appropriate.Registration takes waaaaay too long. None of the process makes any sense. You always end up sitting for at least an hour and half if you aren't the first one there in the morning. Hard to understand why because it takes less than five minutes to get registered.
