My daughter was happy overall with the experience. The wait time in the lobby was under 10 minutes. The nurse in the front was very friendly and polite. The wait time for the doctor was no more than 5 minutes. I happy my daughter is able to walk better now. Thanks Mercy health Urgent care.

I took my granddaughter due to stomach issues. The receptionist and nurse greeted us at the door. The doctor was wonderful and made my teenage granddaughter feel comfortable. The doctor was thorough and went above expectations!

It was rough. My son is 11 and needed stitches. The PA didn’t numb him enough because she didn’t want to hurt him. Then she did stitches and he felt it all. Screaming she broke a needle and had to get a bigger one. It was horrendous to see my son in that much pain that was unnecessary. It was brutal for him and painful for my to watch.

The staff and PA were absolutely amazing. They got us in and out quickly. They were gentle with the testing so my kiddo did not feel worse. Results came back quickly and they had all the paperwork ready to go so we could be on our way.

It was not a long wait at all. I love the physician. However, having to sign in at that kiosk and doing everything yourself I don't think it is a great idea. Especially if you are a previous patient and that already have all your information.
