Mercy Health Center of Plain

I’ve been to this location multiple times over the years because they are fast and close to my home. While the nurses are usually pleasant, the Drs on the other hand are horrible. I’ve never felt more dismissed by a Dr than I have there and it’s every Dr I’ve seen. The other negative reviews mention the drs demeanors and now I see that it’s not just a me issue. Definitely will be driving farther and waiting longer at a different location because I will never seek medical care at this location again. It’s a shame that these Drs clearly do not care about their patients.

This was one of my favorite places until tonight. I was going in for an X-ray that was ordered. It was faxed by my Dr. I knew I would have to wait but I waited over an hour. I waited as the lady at the counter to talk to an older lady about YouTube shows. It was a good 20 mins. I then wait another 20 for the X-ray tech to come out to tell me that the Dr did not sign the order so they could not do the X-ray.

My young adult son went here for tachycardia and slight chest pain on 05/21/25. The medical assistant that took his vitals made him feel like an inconvenience. She did not inform him of what she was doing (echocardiogram) just told him to lift his shirt. She was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process.

Doctors don't take time with you . They just want you in and out . Went there on the 29th . And that give me the wrong medicine and I am still sick had to go see my doctor today work slip

Do NOT ever go here. I used this facility for years but now it is impossible to even get bloodwork done here. If you do go, plan on waiting hours even if no one else is in the waiting room.
