Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

I was seen fairly quickly and the exam went well. All my questions were answered. One Rx was not covered by my insurance and when I checked with the pharmacist, she could not reach the provider to discuss options. I called Mercy go health several days later to follow up. I left a massage, but was never contacted and never got my medication. I am better, but would have probably have healed sooner with the medication or an alternative.

Had a left ear problem. First of all the facility was beautiful outside . and inside. Two very friendly and efficient at admission staff. Nurse Practitioner M Pogue and her assistant fixed my problem perfectly. Would highly recommend the facility to anyone.

the receptionist was wonderful. I got in right away and out. The pills for my cough were not that good just dried my mouth out and still have this cough and blowing my nose.

My son developed a respiratory infection right before Christmas and it was a great relief that we could make a same-day appointment at our local Mercy Urgent Care. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone and we didn’t have to wait long after our scheduled appointment to see the doctor. Would definitely recommend Mercy Urgent Care-Very professional, and kind and helpful staff!

It was easy to make an appointment on line. I was seen in a timely manner. All staff were polite. Felt confident in the quality of care. Would recommend to family and friends.
