Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

1) I didn't feel weird being there. 2) They were friendly and very helpful when it came to my little girl being with me they kept her busy while I was being seen. 3) Very quick, understanding and were listening to what I needed and got me in and out quickly. 4) Definitely will use Mercy Go Health again if I need them.

Overall a nice urgent care. On 1/1/24 arrived at 9:22 for a 9:30 appointment, in room by 9:45, nurse by 9:50, seen by the doctor by 10:10, out by 10:21. My only complaint is that on 12/31/23 I walked in and was told that they were at capacity and I needed to reserve a time online. I don't go to urgent care a ton, but every time that I've been to one it was always walk-in rather than by an appointment. Maybe most urgent cares are by appointment now but that was confusing for me because if I wanted to make an appointment, wouldn't it make sense to just do that with my regular doctor. This is likely just an error on my part as I didn't realize that urgent cares now required an appointment.

I’m here now and if I could literally walk out , I would. First off the front desk agent that checked me in, verified all of my Personal information such as full name, address and phone number out loud where other patients could hear. When I asked her to be discreet about it, she cut me off and said “well we have to verify your personal information” and proceeded to verify my information loudly. I would’ve much rather her tell me to shut the hell up! What a “great” first impression! I was hoping that was the last I would see of her but no she wheeled me to my room and had to take my vitals and I had to tell her to use her words because she just began making hand gestures as a way to communicate things like her needing my finger to get my oxygen level and take my blood pressure. I had a very good experience! I went on Christmas eve and everyone was super helpful and nice. The doctor who saw me took my concerns seriously and really listened. So grateful for the whole staff and this newer location.

Went in about pain and the fact I can’t lift anything in my arm waiting over a hour for the nurse to tell me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my arm. And that I shouldn’t go to er, or anything because it’s not a life or death situation. And to wait to get in with my primary doctor which was not an option till mid December for me. I went to the ER anyway cause WHAT? To tell me what was wrong with me it was all in my head is crazy to me! Turns out my arm was/is broken.. but apparently the xray they took and I quote his “science brain” couldn’t see it…. Not to mention the first encounter I had with this nurse he asked me what I wanted them to do. What outcome I expected from there. And I simply said aren’t you the dr? I came here because I don’t know what’s going on. He flat out said
