I had to take my son to the urgent Care this Saturday because he was sick, and I was blown away by the experience. The staff and doctor were extremely kind, and we were back in a room in less than three minutes. Very surprised because it was the busy weekend! The place was also exceptionally clean, and we were in and out within a half hour. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone, and we will only go here from now on. They also take Medicaid which is awesome because most urgent cares do not take my children's insurance. Thank you for helping my son. God bless 🙏

I had a very disappointing experience at Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care (St. Charles – Zumbehl Road). I was seen last Tuesday after experiencing several days of worsening symptoms, including significant ear pressure and pain. Despite explaining the progression and severity of my symptoms, the initial plan was to avoid prescribing medication. I had to advocate for myself to receive a Medrol Dose Pack due to the level of discomfort I was experiencing and was advised to take Sudafed and ibuprofen. By Friday, my condition had worsened. I contacted the clinic to report that I was not improving and was instead feeling worse. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with multiple visits to this medical facility. On several occasions, including a visit for a wrist injury and two instances of strep throat testing, I have encountered what I perceived as unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the medical staff. The interactions often left me feeling judged and uncomfortable. While I did have a positive experience with one particular nurse, described as a light-skinned female wearing a bun, the overall atmosphere was often negative. During my most recent visit for strep throat, the doctor/physician, a white female with straight black hair and possibly blue eyes, displayed a concerning lack of knowledge regarding common remedies. Walked in to the rudest receptionist ever. Tried to communicate with her but we were talking about two different things and she would not listen. Instead of her listening, she wanted to make it about me being “not calm”. People will talk to you like a dog and then tell you to calm down. Classic case of a rude person who was determined to be right. I’ve had nothing but great experiences prior but will never be back. Of course, their story is that I was rude. I’ve had no issues there prior. She should be messing up orders at McDonald’s.

been here with multiple experiences. Some good, some bad. Diagnosed with Covid over the summer, good. Had a toe infection that was diagnosed poorly. Report stated the wrong foot to start and then stated deteoration that did not exist. Went to ER next day and had exams done again with completely different results. Treat this place with caution. Not the best in terms of quality results.
