There was a young girl that fainted on her way to the bathroom and before she hit the floor the worker at the front desk was there to catch her. She knew that something was off and after all workers stopped and attended to her and made sure she was ok and told her it was ok after checking her out they attended to me very quickly. Healthcare workers do not get enough recognition and all of your staff that were there the day of my visit did an amazing job and should definitely be recognized!

I strongly recommend asking for an itemized bill before leaving this urgent care. I was initially charged as a self-pay patient even though I provided my active insurance, and this was never communicated to me. I was also billed for services that were not explained or discussed, and a 15-minute visit ended up costing nearly $400. It’s extremely frustrating and disheartening to feel taken advantage of, especially when seeking care in a vulnerable moment. Patients deserve transparency, not surprise charges. Please be prepared and advocate for yourself!

Personally, I do not like the Mercy system. It's the insurance my Husband is offered where he is employed. This facility, however, has a caring staff and lovely people working here. We don't hesitate to come to this location for simple cold type ailments. It's conveniently located just off 141 east of 30. Minutes from 21 and interstate 270.

I have never met a nicer, more knowledgeable nurse practitioner or doctor for that matter than the one I had that night. She listened, researched and listened some more. I really wish she had her own practice as a pcp.

I can never get in to see my doctor let alone anyone and when I did get an same day appointment with some. They said I shouldn't have been able too even the doctor was on the same team and available. This place sucks!
