Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

My overall visit was fine I got what I needed done. My issue is with their billing and then trying to reach anyone about their billing. I’m getting charged twice for my visit and can’t seem to get anyone on a line to talk about it. One line hangs up after a couple rings and another just keeps you on hold. If you’re self pay I initially thought I would recommend because they didn’t make me do extra and I got out spending just 150 but if they’re charging me twice I guess that isn’t the case.

When I need an urgent care Mercy urgent Care on May is my choice. After my check in it took only a few minutes to be seen and have my issue addressed. Caring staff that ensures your needs are met.

They addressed the reason I was there but the PA I saw walked in and said to me “I’m really busy today and don’t really have time to talk do you need to talk about anything with the congestion and cough or are you good?” I was really taken back by the fact he couldn’t even pretend. He literally didn’t come into the room more than a couple steps and was really eager to get out.

This location requires you to put a card on file and takes unauthorized payments from your account or card. Amounts that mercy deems fit with no prior arrangements made. The website doesn't allow you to see any actual bill or payment information. If you have to call it is overly AI automated and hard to get ahold of a real person. When you are able to get ahold of someone they aren't helpful. Also they attempt to take money from your account on a weekend so if you need help regarding this type of issue the billng department is unavailable. Be careful here.

Registration was easy online. Everyone was kind, professional, understanding. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Feeling as sick as I was, this was perfect. Thank you!
