Mercy Convenient Care - Memorial Circle - CLOSED

Horrible service ever! No compassion what so ever and the wait time is longer than an ER. Front desk acts that everyone is an inconvience, 2-3 hours later when you are called back, nursing staff act like you have interrupted a party. I went in for a sore throat and swollen neck. The PA that came into the room to visit me kept telling me how she's had the same symptoms before and its nothing. Since I had surgery 10 days before to remove my gall bladder that it was the tube that cause my pain from surgery. 2 days later at my doctors office with a bad sinus infection that was draining and causing all my discomfort. Go across the street to the er, you'll get better care and a shorter wait time.

I was in a lot pain. I was able to schedule appointment on line even do my paperwork. Once arrived everyone was friendly. Wait was short. The nurse and doctor listen and treated me wonderful. I would refer family and friends. My family is moving our primary doctor to this location.

Check in and call back was under 5min! Everyone was nice! The nurse helped me tremendously! The doctor was just as awesome! I will definitely be back if needed and will refer to friends and family! I'm horrible with names.. but Dr. Cooper gets a 10!!! Thank you all for your help and compassion! Stay blessed!

What an odd experience... The lady at the front desk was not friendly, and scoffed at questions I asked her since it was my first time. The worst was the doctor, as he gave me the absolute creeps. I came for an earache and vertigo, as I get ear infections often, and I expected ear drops as usual. He didn't even check my ears, just said "sounds like you have fluid on them" and told me to get Mucinex.... I wasn't there even 10 minutes total. Side note: He wouldn't check for an infection, and kept his hand on my shoulder/knee the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable. $75 copay for nothing but the creeps.

We went because we needed a doctor during the evening. Being right before winter weather was due to set in and a weekend, we didn't want to bother our family doctor who's always happy to help however we can, we went to this convenient care location. This is the second time we've been there-once with someone else and once for us. They were wonderful. We were seen right away and feeling better before we made it back home.
