Mercy Clinic Primary Care - North Portland

I was shocked to see all the negative comments about this fantastic clinic. First, don't expect service if you don't follow vaccine protocols. The rest of don't want to catch what you have, thank you very much. Secondly, your appointment time is an ESTIMATE ONLY. You have no idea what the patients before you are dealing with...and it's obivious you don't care. Dr. Omid Roostaeyan is my PCP is the best doctor I have had in my life. Thank God ♥️✝️🙏🏻

The ladies who works at the reception to check patients in will give you a hard time and act like they don't know what they are doing. Act dumb like they can't figure stuff out even if you have an appointment scheduled and you been there billions of time. The two elderly ladies at reception are pros at doing that. They will see you waiting in line and act busy doing nothing helping Noone so that, other person will have to help you. The one working as a receptionist for a long time have no people skills and she is training new people like that too wonder how come she's still there!! I bet people complained about her before me.

I’ve always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff at Mercy Hospital on North Portland. Every time I visit, the team is courteous and welcoming. The nurses are especially attentive and always take care of me promptly at my scheduled appointment time. However, my experiences with Dr. Solomon have been mixed. While I understand that doctors can be very busy, I’ve consistently waited more than 35 minutes after seeing the nurse during each of my visits—sometimes over 45 minutes. I’ve never judged this, as I know the nature of their work can demand flexibility. Unfortunately, today’s appointment left me disappointed. Due to work obligations, I called the hospital in advance to inform them that I might be slightly late. My appointment was at 3:15 PM, and I asked if arriving

We really loved going here until we got letters in the mail saying our kids could no longer be seen there because we skipped a scheduled vaccine. I asked to delay it. I asked if the vaccines could be split up. I asked if the vaccines could be given one by one without a combo 3 in 1 vaccine. They couldn’t do that. The pediatricians are very knowledgeable and kind and I appreciated when they were able to see our kids with issues & using the app for messaging problems. I wish we could’ve stayed here. When my 9 month old was sick, we could only talk to the after hours triage nurse in the phone. This review is for my appointment with Dr. Sarah Petty. Dr. Petty is very knowledgeable, detailed in her analysis, and cares about her patients. When there were changes to my post-discharge regimen, she not only immediately contacted me but also confirmed I had received the information. Dr. Petty was wonderful with following up on my questions and has an easy-going happy demeanor about herself which would make anyone feel at ease about their health.
