Mercy Clinic Pediatrics - 50th Street

We used to love this place and recommend it to everyone. They cannot keep drs and you cannot get ahold of anyone in the office. Ive called probably 45 times in one day and not one time did I get anyone on the phone. You go in and mention it to the staff in the back and they say that theyre working on getting a better team up front, however... it still hasn't happened. Ive never dealt with this in my 21 years of being a parent from any Dr's office.

I never had issues with this office with my kids' previous pcp. Even when we moved an hour away I had chose to keep the same Dr because Kosuru was so great. However ever since he left I can't get communication with this office. Between the mymercy app messages and phone calls it takes several days to get anything back. I've never been so frustrated and am now looking for a different primary for my kids.

Ive been going here for about 9 months i love the dr we have but its a struggle to get ahold of anyone there its like they sit at the front and forward you to their recorded messages to be lazy and even when i do leave a message i sometimes dont even get a call back at all

We see Caitlin, Dr. Kosuru's NP and I absolutely LOVE her!! Our ped who had been like family to us was moving and I scoured reviews to find a new provider for my 3 boys. She's great with all 3 and so smart. My boys love visiting her too!!

I was actually on the adult side. Same clinic, just different side.
