OVER THE TOP!! The entire surgical experience was outstanding!!! The staff from check-in, being brought to my room given thorough instructions, fantastic techs and nursing staff both pre and post-op. Anesthesiologist, surgical staff and Dr. Klein were great! I’ve been in the medical field since 1998 after graduating from surgical tech school, then management positions in opening several surgery centers from the very start and currently a MA. So, I have a lot of experience in relations to my treatment. I cannot say enough wonderful things for all of you!!! Thank you!!! #1 in my book!!! I wish I could remember all the staff members names but having such terrific team work I couldn’t name all individually anyway!

I called to see if I go the to could the WALK IN orthopedic center on the 5th floor to get exrays. I was told sure go upon my arrival the appointment center girl said they had no place for my today. All the appointments for the day were taken. I explained that I called to see if I could and the lady on the phone told me to come as I was going to walk in clinic. The appointment setter said as tactfully as she could I was out luck and the people on the phone should not be telling people to come if they don't follow the procedure they want them to. The appointment setter then called to see if they could send me somewhere else. That person told the appointment setter to contact to contact a doctor??? which she did. I kept trying to explain that I just wanted to wait down at door D until som
