Mercy Clinic Kids GI

If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! I love love love Dr Nasir she’s extremely kind and listens to fix the problems you have. The staff on the other hand is extremely rude and I’m over it first it was heather and her attitude not once but twice now because I felt the need to call and make sure I was giving my daughters meds correctly. Now it’s Tammy with I can’t make an appointment sooner unless the Dr says I need one…🤣 okay Tammy then why are the Dr there then. I’m really over mercy and the staff they have as I have had so many bad experiences. I honestly don’t know if I will continue to use them. I’m never one to do reviews but at this point MERCY you need one. This is just one of the little things I have experienced….they really need to do better overall.

I would love to get my granddaughter in to see Dr. Nasir. She's having lots of GI issues and we have a wide range that run in the family. Unfortunately this office requires a referral (even though my insurance doesn't) and our current pediatrician won't give a referral. She refuses to admit there is a problem. So if you need a 2nd opinion, or a doctor willing to figure out the issues, hope you can get a referral.

We love Dr. Nasir and her team. They have really helped my child with her GI issues. They even suggested alternative medicines when my child disliked the original meds, which made it so much easier to get the child to take the medicine.

So far we like it!! We will be coming back in a few weeks to get another test we like Dr. Harris!

Cassandra dietician helped our child with all the formula updates and prescriptions. She is really passionate.
