Mercy Clinic General Surgery - Mercy Plaza

This facility is just a money hungry corporation that does not care about their patients at all. I am having the same procedure done this year that I had done Feb 23, 2023. Last year they charged me $358, while this year is $1,254. This is insane, I called to ask them why it increased so much. She said they needed to stay competitive with their rates, she did not care at all. I am a kindergarten teacher that does not have that kind of money just lying around.

Hats off to the mercy outpatient surgery crew!!! Everyone were more than helpful and did all they could to make sure we were taken care of. Dr. Elizabeth Hooper is great!!! Would recommend her to anyone!!! Thanks to all so much!!!

Dr abbott is the worst doctor I have seen when I told him about my pain and asked what I could do all his office would tell me is to wait for the surgery so I have to be in intense pain for a week before I may or may not get relief. Dr abbott is very cold and his office has no sense of human decency. I would NOT recommend this surgeon.

Voice-mail says they return calls within 24 hours. Definitely not hours or even days. Maybe 24 weeks? Just don't have time to wait anymore.

Dr.Baker and his nurses are amazing. They moved quickly to address my issues and were kind and helpful.
