Bless Mel that answers the phone and bless this office and all the others that still answer their phones and haven't resorted to call centers. For a sick, tired gal that was introduced to them last week on an operating table, having an emergency appendectomy, and have yet to actually step in their office, Mel has been a sigh of relief. I had to wait 20+ mins on hold every time I called another Dr's office and I was frustrated. Thank you, Mel! Thank you also to whoever makes the decision to keep calls personal and at home. It made a world of difference to me in a weak moment.
