My son has been without his inhaler for 3 days now and this office refuses to write him a proper prescription. The doctor who initially wrote one literally wasn’t certified to bill to Medicaid because she wasn’t up to date on her paperwork, and now they’re giving me the run around as if they want my child to go into a full blown asthma attack. They wasted no time cancelling the other prescription, preventing me from even paying out of pocket, and now it’s been over 24 hours and they refuse to write another one. From having my calls ignored to getting hung up on, I am exhausted. We’ve been patients of this office for almost 30 years, but with these new young girls in the office with the smart mouths and the inability of the staff to get anything done properly (with the exception of Dr. Clem

They are the worst, can’t never get any appointments when you sick or might just need a check up, the staff is ghetto as hell and doctors isn’t worth the money your insurance company is paying them and the $30 Co-Pay you gotta pay, they get the a -0 for places to go for your primary care
