Don't be poor if you go here. They're good at their jobs, but they will make you feel like shit if you're poor. I made my annual dental cleaning appointment so long ago I had forgotten about it, and didn't get the reminder text until Friday after office hours. So when I went in this morning I immediately asked if the appointment would cost anything today, explaining that I don't have any money. They checked and said no, so we proceeded. I need a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction but have no money for it, so when the hygienist mentioned it I explained to her that I was aware but I am very poor and cannot do anything about it right now, but I have been trying to get into the wait-list for the local dental school to have it done cheaper/free. My experience at Mercerville Family Dental has always been a five-star experience. Everyone, from the front desk, dental assistants, and dentists, do an extraordinary job in working together as a cohesive team to deliver the utmost best individualized care to each patient. Today, I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Stern., and as always, he did a wonderful job in performing the procedure in a most quick, efficient, and pain-free manner! I had my first visit at Mercerville Family Dental today and it was a great experience! Irva was my hygienist and she was extremely thorough, a pleasure to speak with, took the time to go over my questions and concerns and provided gentle and exceptional care. I don't really love going to the dentist, especially getting x-rays, but Irva did such a great job I didn't mind it at all. The dentist and front-end staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. The office was very well maintained, clean and equipped with the latest technology, that made my visit comfortable and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Mercerville Family Dental for anyone seeking high-quality dental care in a warm and caring environment.

I was most impressed with the practice. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. What impressed me the most was the technology and my hygienist Kaitlyn was very professional, informative and put my mind at ease. Dr Stern was kind and considerate and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a change.
