Just in case I forget how rude, hateful and incompetent the staff are here, I was reminded today when the nurse hung up on me after insinuating I was lying about the appointment Jill told them to make. An appointment that I’ve been waiting for since July, that THEY scheduled for me and then cancelled today, three days before my appointment on Thursday. Thy staff acts like they are gatekeepers to Heaven when every interaction I have had trying to reestablish care with their office to see Jill has been a decent into Hell! Jill has been my go to for years at the dermatologist and I love her to death and am sad that I won’t be able to continue care with her, but I have excellent physicians at Stanford and will drive there and go to urgent care as needed locally before I deal with the ineptitud
