I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent cosmetic consultation experience with Dr. Kyllo. I left feeling disappointed. My questions about cosmetic options were not fully addressed, and the interaction felt rushed. A procedure was recommended after I had clearly stated I was not interested in. Shortly after, the doctor left the room without explaining next steps, and the nurse and I were unsure whether the consultation had concluded. The lack of communication was frustrating. Because of this experience, I chose to leave the practice, which is unfortunate since I’ve had positive experiences with the medical dermatology providers there in the past. I hope the practice places greater emphasis on clear communication during cosmetic consultations so patient

i’ve received really excellent care every time i’ve been here. dr. briscoe is super personable and really takes the time to listen and explain treatment options. the staff is super nice. all around great experience.

When I entered the office I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Everyone there is wonderful. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. They asked me what I wanted them to look at Dr. Briscoe looked at everything and listened to what I wanted. I would recommend that office to anyone.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 4:00 appointment with Dr. Chibnal. Was seen almost immediately, had a small pre-cancerous spot frozen off and was checking out by 4:01. Very efficient, but also friendly and caring staff. Great experience. Highly recommend.

If you have to call the office, it's almost impossible to get anyone. Once you get a person on the line, they are eating while on the phone, and also admit it after asking them. This is the 2nd month that I have had to remind the doctor to please sign off for the meds to be filled at the pharmacy. When I asked if this was something I had to do each month, I was told I did not pick up his medicine when it was ready. My son had an appointment last Friday, and all notifications from the pharmacy showed pending insurance approval. No notifications that the prescription was ready for pickup! I called on Saturday and was told by the pharmacist that they are waiting for the doctor's signature.
