My nurses are great, Debbie, Victoria, ronda are amazing and so understanding to my concerns of being NPO since Saturday, missing my antidepressants x1week to be NPO for a procedure that apparently is not getting done!!!! However the doctors or surgeon whichever bc I don't see any doctor until after 7pm have no clue what is supposed to be happening and push it off onto it being another dept fault and I'm being treated as if I'm in a hotel stay instead of what I was told when I was transferred here to specifically get the MRI of gallbladder and then have an ERPC done Monday. here I am three days later and still sitting clueless as to who is doing what and when. I am also private pay so they are just sucking every ounce of money out of me as possible like it's a dang hotel stay! So annoyed a

Arrived at Menorah Medical Center ER at 6 PM. I was taken directly to a room and a nurse came in in just a few minutes. Later, a Gastro resident came and both took great care of me until midnight when I was moved to a room. The nurse,tech and any one else was there promptly. I had wonder service all night and next day when I was discharged early evening. EVERYONE HAD A WELCOMING SMILE, VERY WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE WITH MY NEEDS AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR HELP TO THE BATHROOM. I am completely pleased with the treatment I received from beginning to end. Many thanks to everyone that helped me.

Very caring nurses and employees. The nurse and student nurse who got me ready for my surgery were both very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. Made me comfortable the whole procedure. The nurse who took care of me after my surgery was also professional but I did not spend a lot of time with her. I was in the hospital for about 2 days and the nurses who were in charge of the floor I was on kept me comfortable, kept me in the loop of what the plan was and treated me like I was more than a patient (like they would if ibwere family)

My sister had knee replacement and stayed overnight. I stayed with her in her room, to say that everyone went above and beyond to care for her would be an understatement! From the moment we walked into the hospital we were greeted by a volunteer who was so kind and friendly and very helpful. Then the nurses in pre-op, more of the same, so caring and very attentive. It was the best experience we could have hoped for!!! The nurses on the orthopedic floor were very professional and were so caring, kind. They took incredible care of my sister. I am absolutely blown away by the care she recieved from the moment we walked in until the moment we were discharged! I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing wonderful care.

Across the board, everyone was amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful. Our nurse Abby was outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about her and the level of care and compassion she showed in a time of need. Thank you
