Been a patient of this practice a couple of years and have had the worst experience. Started off with one provider which ended up leaving the practice. Got no notification that provider had left. Decided to give the practice another chance. Yet, again another provider left without being informed. On top of this I also was unable to get my prescription for my chronic condition that I’ve had for over 12 years. Which caused me to have severe side effects due to having to stop abruptly because of the negligence of this practice to refill. Even when they would refill my prescription they would only give me a month’s worth. This was even after being told I had to see provider to get refills and realized my provider had left so I had to see someone I’ve never met. To then find out that person I r

Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. They took care of tlall the needs I had after having surgery. Back office just as kind, HOWEVER, I will always miss Susan White-Dragon.

I really appreciate the wonderful staff Ms. Toni and Ms. Shantice are so nice and helpful. My doctor actually listens to my concerns and helped create a plan . I’m very satisfied so far with my care !!!!!
