If possible I’d give a negative 1000 the staff has no urgency for patients , they sit around and talk about their life’s than to take care of the patients . They don’t know how to provide medications on time nor give any consideration to their patients . Staff don’t know how to do their jobs properly & some of them need more training on certain things . They will ignore call lights. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOSPITAL THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU , THEY ARE IN ONLY FOR A PAYCHECK

Went there for emergency surgery and wow 🤩 I thought the staff had an amazing energy. I was checked in very quickly, met the Doctor very rapidly and all staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. It was an amazing experience for me. 🙏 Thank you to all the angels who took great care of me. You’re doing an incredible job & I’m so very grateful. The only thing is you should hire a good dietitian for your meals but every else was fantastic. Thank you 🙏

If you want to die—or want your family member to die—this is the hospital to take them to. That may sound extreme, but based on our repeated experiences, it is accurate. Multiple members of our family have passed away at this hospital, or as a direct result of care received here. Each time, the same pattern repeated: indifference, lack of urgency, and staff treating critically ill patients as inconveniences rather than human beings. After our most recent loss, staff were laughing shortly after our family member passed away. One of them even said, “I knew she was going to pass away,” in a tone that sounded more like a bet than a tragedy—unaware that we were walking back toward the room while guiding a friend to see her. Hearing that in that moment is something our family will never forget

My Dad was recently admitted and spent a total of four days there. I’ll compliment the staff on their care. My Dad was very pleased with the CNAs and other nursing staff. The only thing that I wasn’t too thrilled about was the lack of communication between the RNs. I’m not sure how they give report, but it seemed that none of them were aware of the treatment plan 100%. I kept learning something different regarding my Dad’s admitting diagnoses each day I was there. On the fourth day was when I actually found out from the MD that my Dad had a compression fracture and would need PT/OT. I was very shocked, but was still glad to be informed. Overall, I would recommend this hospital to a friend or loved one. It it is definitely a leap from the care that my Dad received at Hemet Hospital. Thank y

While in the ER you could hear everything between staff and patients. The young girl across from him was obviously on a hold, because she had a sitter outside her room which attracted multiple other girls. She had an actual door which should have been closed before her nurse had a very loud pep talk with her about dealing with her emotions over a break up. I shouldn't know any of those details. My husband had surgery the next day and then never saw a doctor after it was done. The nurses knew no details on his surgery, like what was put in his wrist. Then we were sent to a specific pharmacy for his pain meds. When we got there they had no record of a prescription for him.
