MEND WITH JOSE

Jose (not related despite our same last name) is an excellent massage therapist. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He quickly spots any troublesome areas (knots in your upper back or leg, stiff upper neck from working on a computer all day) and he will do his best to smooth them out and guide you into deep breaths while he works on them. He walks you through the whole process and explains what he is doing as he goes along. He is strong but tender. His touch is electric. His massage room was clean, comfortable and soothing. This was my first time working with Jose and I plan to book regular massages with him. Thank you JD!

I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Jose is completely legit, professional, and incredibly skilled. His pressure was perfect, and he worked out knots I didn’t even know I had. He’s very knowledgeable about the body and really takes his time to focus on what you need. Scheduling was easy and smooth, too. Highly recommend—definitely the best I’ve worked with!

Jose is truly a well trained and gifted therapist. He was able to address back and shoulder issues other therapists miss or are unable to help me with. He has a deep understanding of how the body works and heals. He gave me advice on habits in my workout I can address to help balance me out. He exudes a compassion, empathetic energy that is very healing. His treatments were highly effective and were not painful.
