Mend Urgent Care

The Service: Front desk staff was friendly. NP Demi was the rockstar! Great energy & knowledgeable, she explained everything in details. I was totally in good hand! The Clinic: Modern lobby/waiting area. Many seating area. When I arrived for urgent care, there was no other patient so I was seen very quickly. For first time visit, they would ask you to scan a QR code and filled out your information from your phone. The Parking: Street parking

Receptionists especially the one this morning is incredibly rude and unfriendly. They won’t give you a wait time, they won’t even give you water “we don’t have that” lol. The registration time online means absolutely nothing. I waited 1 hour inside the room for a provider when there was absolutely no one in the waiting room after I registered and also waited in an empty waiting room. It is the least urgent , urgent care I have ever been in. Do not come here if you are looking for kind compassionate health care. Th NP is nice the receptionists hate their life and job.

I was confused by the reviews because it was either 5 stars or 1. Personally, I had a good experience. I found free parking on the street. I came right when they opened, like they opened the door for me and were still sweeping. I was immediately greeted and everything looked modern and clean. It was my 1st time there which meant that I had to use the QR code to take photos of my ID and insurance and fill out my info both online and on paper. Copay is either by card or cash, but by card there's a fee. I tried cash first, but they didn't have change. It didn't take long to be taken into a room where I was asked my height and weight, but my blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate were taken like normal. Only one person ahead of me.. no other patients in the back. Waited over an hour in waiting area then 40 min inside. We were the only ones. Staff also seemed very rude. . Used to come here. For years..we moved.and now back. But used to be very fast, friendly..my daughter came last month. Had to be here over 3hrs. Next time I’ll go to a different place. Angel wings. Was always fast. I’ll try them again..

Came in because of a right thumb injury and my whole left leg hurting pain, pulling, when bending, I fell on my body while moving items. I came in here thinking I would get care and I just feel unheard, unseen and dismissed. Thr doctor that came out seemed nice but she was also very fast and seemed fake with her eyes smiling at me. When I asked for a note for work just gives me two days and some medication for inflammation and does not do any test on my body after I tell her what I do for work and how my leg and back and butt hurt while im sleeping or how it's numbing and tingling. Why is this place here? Why does these people work here. The nurse was nice but that's it, not coming back go somewhere else. I dont like businesses that do not care about your medical needs they just want $.
