I haven't had a massage in years. I kept looking because I didn’t want one just to feel good in the moment. I have back pain, neck pain and feet pain (because I work on my feet all day). After my first session with Jeremy my body felt much lighter! The pain did not fully go, but it felt much better (he explained that it would take more than one sessions - understood!). I felt the difference in my back and feet and in my breathing! He explained everything and every part of the massage. Everything he said I could relate back to what I felt daily and even what I told my physician bothers me. Highly recommended 👌🏽 if you have been experiencing what I have.

Jeremy is a godsend! I had significant arthritis inflammation in my lower back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. After experiencing only one session of Jeremy's extraordinary massage technique my inflammation was greatly reduced. I left with my lower body feeling much lighter and having less rigidity in my walking. I also no longer have the back spasms I've had for almost 10 years. I'm far from healed, but I'm off to an awesome start. I'm definitely booking more sessions. Thank you Jeremy!!

Wow - Today I had one of the BEST MASSAGES I’ve ever had. I usually go for deep tissue bc it seems to be the only thing that helps ease the tension in my muscles and helps with pain, but Jeremy was able to do all this by touching very specific points with his magical hands. He helped with everything from my leg and foot pain to my neck and wrist terrible tension, among others that I didn’t even know I could have and now feel like a jelly. 1000% recommend, plus he is very friendly and very attentive about post-massage care and long term care so that we don’t fall back into bad habits like bad posture and wrong ways of over stretching the body. I have visited Jeremy a few times for different muscular issues, most notably my left hip. I'd been having minor issues with it for months, not heavy amounts of pain but just an awareness that I had tweaked something in the muscular layer. After my massage where he focused on that area, the issue has not reappeared. He has much knowledge on how to realign the body to balance with healing hands to move the energy through. I highly recommend, particularly for anyone who is looking to heal up an annoying inflamed injury.

Jeremy is an excellent professional. I’ve been seeing him for over 7 years and I’m impressed he’s always learning new skills. I had a lot of inflammation in my back, neck and armpits but he took care of it. Best part is, his massages don’t hurt!! He fixes the root problem without causing you pain. 10/10 recommend him! You’ll leave healed and lighter. In my experience - an hour is not enough to go over everything. So if you can, book the 1.5-2 hours- you won’t regret it!
