Horrible Practice. They do not care about families or children. We loved Summer, but the office is rediculous. I arrived for my sons appt 30 min early to have the rude, Curly hair older lady give me an attitude like she always does, demanding I change my sons PCP and that he would not be seen without me calling. The number she gave me on her office paper DID not work. An hour later they say okay he can be seen anyway, then we sat in the room waiting. I asked for the office manager & no one came. Lady at the front needs a new job or change her atttidue! Why would you NOT call the day before the appt to have insurance info changed —making a 3 month old who’s already medically fragile wait 1.5 hours to not even be seen?? How is that ethical? Would absolutely NOT recommend to any parents. Absolutely no organization or time management. Always ended up being there for an hour and a half to two hours. I have not been surprised to see a lot of moms on Facebook also leaving the office and I’m glad they are. Had a staff member chase me down when I finally walked out one day threatening that I would have to pay for vaccines my child did NOT receive. She should know, that would be insurance fraud. The office continually blew up my phone until I finally had my child’s records switched to a different provider. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and terrible attitudes.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and attention my son, Atlas, consistently receives at Menchavez Pediatrics. From the moment we walk in, the entire team creates an atmosphere that is calm, welcoming, and deeply patient-centered. What truly stands out is how intentional and interactive the staff is ; especially Molly, Summer, and the rest of the team; when it comes to slowing things down for Atlas and making sure he feels safe and seen. They go above and beyond every visit, not only by explaining everything in a gentle, approachable way, but by engaging Atlas on his level. Whether it’s letting him play with their stethoscopes or sitting down to chat and smile with him, it’s clear they take real joy in connecting with the children they care for. Some of the most disrespectful, entitled nurses that I've ever come across in my life. My son will NOT be returning.

High level of expertise but they always feel like family as well.
