Memorial Village Emergency Room

I had a very positive experience at Memorial Village ER. From the moment we walked in, Mathew at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. He was courteous, professional, and efficient, exactly what you need when you're not feeling your best. Dr. Khan was outstanding. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made my daughter feel truly cared for. Her calm demeanor and thorough approach gave me peace of mind. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care — especially if you’re lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Khan and greeted by Mathew!

My visit was excellent! Dr.Khan was very kind, sweet and thorough. R.N Alexis was so fun, made me feel at ease, knowledgeable and was so bubbly. Radiologist Nanette was attentive, easy to talk to and patient. Patient Care Mathew was understanding, experienced and explained everything well! Turned my not so good day into a pleasant one. Lawyer sent us here after car accident. My sister’s and I had to go. Read reviews before going and thought great seems good. Was not the case. The day shift team is bad. Made us wait 45 minutes to check in when I think there were no other patients. The boy who came in for night shift immediately got us brought to the back not even 5 minutes of him walking in. The nurse who came in for night shift is a sweetheart also. Xray guy made me feel very comfortable and was great, my sister said she liked the nurse a lot and the boy who sits up front. The day team was not as caring to see us. We arrived a bit after 5 and like I said the night team came in at 6 and he got us to the back, the sweet nurse took care of us and xray guy made us feel safe, and they never complained about us once. I Had an excellent experience with Dr.Ryan! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. I mentioned I was experiencing back pain from a car accident and she immediately ordered a CT scan and provided pain medication to help me feel better. The nurses and staff were also wonderful, friendly, and professional. Best of all, there was no wait😀I went straight back! I would definitely recommend Dr.Ryan and her team to friends and family.♥️

Our experience was exceptional without exaggeration. First the physical appearance was welcoming and comfortable. But the most important element was the staff. The receptionist whose name we did not get moved us through initial check in quickly, Tricia, an experienced nurse, was kind and efficient brought in a heater, blankets, water and explained what they were going to do. They have on site X-rays and blood testing facilities. Dr Nquyen quickly followed in, and communicated what was going on, again very kind which is welcomed when your worried at 4 am. They didn’t skip a beat at shift change when Sheela the new nurse took over, again knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
