Memorial Urgent Care Center Hollywood

Had an incredible experience today! This was my fourth time visiting this urgent care, and it was the fastest visit so far. The front desk receptionist was amazing, he answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. I was also happy to see the medical assistant, Maria, again. Both times she has assisted me have been great experiences. I’m terrified of needles, and she was extremely patient and reassuring. Preetah, the APRN, was wonderful as well. She performed a thorough checkup, answered all of my questions, and gave very detailed recommendations. Highly recommend this urgent care!

I visited today for asthma symptoms and received excellent care from beginning to end. Tanisha was courteous and professional while taking my vitals, and she made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Shapiro was knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in his explanations, which I appreciated. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and welcoming, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. I would confidently recommend this urgent care facility.

I had a great experience at the Memorial Urgent Care on Sheridan. The entire staff was so welcoming, nice and helpful. Christina (Manager), Joy (Medical Assistant) and Dr. McKuin all made me feel heard and took the time to address my concerns and needs. The facility itself was very clean. I highly recommend this for urgent care needs and would return in the future.

I have lived in the Hollywood community for years, and it is always a pleasure to see Dr. Shapiro. As a healthcare provider, he is genuinely caring, empathetic, and deeply respectful, humanizing every encounter. He truly values the client’s perspective and takes the time to consider the whole person as an individual, not just a set of symptoms. Dr. Shapiro is clearly living in his calling. He greets you with the biggest smile, and his goodness and compassion radiate throughout the entire visit. I always leave feeling heard, respected, and cared for.
