First time at this hospital for a routine test and I was very pleased. I just moved from NY and was a little nervous to say the least. But I have to say from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hospital I was definitely impressed. I was actually seen before scheduled time and everything went smoothly. I never had such a pleasant experience in any of the NY hospitals as I have had here, so therefore this hospital is top notch in my book!

Memorial Satilla Health – Labor & Delivery truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked into the Women’s Center, the staff made my daughter feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Pregnancy can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with complications, but the nurses and providers treated her with compassion, urgency, and professionalism. They didn’t dismiss her concerns — they listened. They took action quickly and made sure she felt important every step of the way. As a mom watching her daughter go through this journey, that meant everything. We are so thankful for the level of wellness care and attention she received. Waycross is blessed to have this team.

I had imaging done Feb 26th per Dr's order. Went to the portal and was shocked as to what I read. It stated that patient refused one order. That was a lie. That was a lie. I repeat. That was a lie.That one order was never presented to me. I am almost 78 years old and in fairly good health and I take my health very seriously. Never would I have refused a diagnostic tool to evaluate what is going on in my body. That lie that was told on me hurt me worse than anything else you can imagine. I went to my doctor's office and received a copy of the orders that were sent to the hospital and I also went to the hospital to fill out a form as to whether they will make that change on my records. What bothers me is that a group of people has to get together to decide if I am lying or if the technician

My outpatient experience was very good. Very professional, caring and informative. I like that the family can surround the patient in a private suite, this makes the patient less anxious. Thank you Dr Lee. And Tiffany and all the other care providers alone the way.

Compassionate and quality care. Nursing staff on level 3 gave me extraordinary care with the greatest compassion. I was very sick and required monitoring and attention. Each and every nurse and technician was always informed about my labs and scans and were generous with their communications. They stopped in often even when there wasn’t a need for a vitals or IV adjustment. They were professional, competent and attentive. My experience was nothing but positive. And the care I received was not only competent but comforting. I also dealt with two hospitalists that followed me. Dr Butt and Dr Mustafa. Both were always well versed on my labs and latest developments and made rounds with frequency. The nurses did not have to chase them down for orders or directions. Dr Irfan was also attentive
