Leslie was kind and attentive when it came to signing in and being seen. She made sure the waiting process was painless. She’s is a delight for this office. The medical assistant Delisa was so sweet, and took great care of me. She gave me two injections that were painless, and had me back on my feet to take in the rest of the day. Will Hutcheson was phenomenal as well. He encouraged me to have a chest x-ray, because I had shortness of breath and a cough that I didn’t really notice myself the past few days. If it were not for his accurate call, I could have been more ill in the following days. I will absolutely go back.

First time I went for a sinus infection. It was on a Saturday and very crowded. I had called and made an appointment. I got to see the doctor in a very timely matter. Everybody from the receptionist, to the nurse to Dr. Rowell were very caring. I had to go Thursday for an uti.There was no wait line and they got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Again, all staff was professional and caring. Recommend you call and make an appointment if possible. I will definitely use them agsin.

I was a walk in. The wait time was short,The receptionist was very kind. The services was very good. The staff was perfessional. The NP treated me with patients ,did a full physical. The treatment was good. The nurse gave me 2 shots that didn't hurt. I was given prescriptions that was called in to my pharmacy. This was my first time and it was a good experience.

These folks are always very nice to me. They have excellent bedside manner. They listen fully and ask engaging questions. I never walk out of here feeling unheard or like my concerns aren't fully addressed (1000% opposite). I have a single gripe and that is that, it never seems like patients go back in the order of their appointments. I show up 20 minutes early and usually watch a string of folks go back before me who got there after. I don't particularly mind as maybe they have higher priority issues but waiting around in a lobby chair just kinda sucks. Not enough of an issue to prevent me from leaving 5 stars though

We called at 5 pm and was told not to worry about reserving a time, just bring our sick son in before close. We got there at six and they asked if we had an appointment. Upon saying no they told us it was an hour wait. We said that was fine. Before signing in she then told us it would be two hours. Again I said that fine. Before completing sign in process she then says they can’t see him until tomorrow…….very unprofessional way to run a business!
