I had an excellent experience with the outpatient Occupational therapy. From the very first visit, Randy is professional, welcoming, and truly attentive to my recovery needs. Randy took her time to explain each exercise and treatment plan clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Randy knowledge, patience, and encouragement helped me regain strength and mobility faster than I expected. The facility was clean, well-organized, and appointments were always handled efficiently. I especially appreciated how she listened to my concerns and adjusted the therapy to support my progress and comfort level. I had an incredible experience at Memorial Regional Hospital South in Interventional Radiology. From start to finish, the entire team made what could have been a stressful situation feel supportive and reassuring. Lincoln, the nurse, was wonderful/welcoming, and Jeff and Natalie , who I spoke with on the phone — were both amazing and so helpful. Johanna was awesome and nice. Dr. Doukides, who performed my procedure, was absolutely amazing; super funny, personable, and instantly put me at ease. To top it all off, Jennifer from Ultrasound was truly incredible. She held my hand during the hardest part of the procedure, and that meant more to me than I can express. Her kindness and compassion made such a difference. Jacqueline Patullo, Nuclear Medecine Supervisor was perfect. She made sure to call me a day prior to make sure I had all the information needed to prepare for the procedure. Day of the procedure, she explained everything clearly. Very sweet lady with calm demeanor, very respectful lady with high professional standards. Thank you for making my procedure seamless, smooth and stress-free.

As a patient, I was truly impressed by the quality of care and how quickly everything was handled. I received same-day service with minimal wait time, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
