I couldn’t wait to stop going to this nonsense place. The staff is the most rude, unprofessional and laziest people there’s got to be in customer service history. They never greet you. But that’s the least of their rude behavior. They talk fast and answer your question in one or two words to get rid of you quickly. Usually there isn’t even another patient waiting but these girls probably wanna get back to discuss among themselves which new makeup brand is the best in market or whatever nonsense they’re up to. Very very rude and unprofessional people.

This place is the worst. Was needing to get a single sheet of paper. Showing the notes from the last visit certified with a stamp and a doctor's signature in order to receive my son's social security card. The staff was very rude when I told them I was on my way to pick it up.She said it will not be ready and hung up in my face. This is not the first time i've had issues with them , everybody I know has stopped going there. Staff attempted to tell me that I must bring my son in for a doctor's appointment in order to receive a copy of his medical records. This is a Hippa violation. You are not able to require a unneeded doctor's visit in order to receive a copy of medical records just so you can bill insurance. I believe that would be fraudulent. His new doctor's office was able to provide

I would ignore the reviews honestly the service is got today was very good not like the first visit. I believe the nurse practioner was an American lady and today it was a Hispanic woman which she was very nice and cared to my kids needs. The medical assistant was the girl in the front and shes very nice I had the experience with the younger one that has very bad acne on her cheeks and she was rude very blunt please keep the girl who works in the front in the back. I had my doubts about this place but hey everyone deserves a second chance.

I can honestly say I finally found the best doctor ever! Doctor Ana is the best doctor so far been going to Dr.Roman for 9 years now but the way Dr.Ana shows love to my child makes me want to always keep going to her I’m truly happy she’s in this location taking care of my children will follow her anywhere she transfers too!! Highly recommend Dr.Ana :) Aaron loves her so much!!!! He used to hate and cry going to the doctor now he shows up smiling knowing he’s welcome by her thank Dr.Anna!!!

I have been taking my children here for years.. they have change the staff several times.. 🙄 The ladies their wore all rude and hardley greet you when you come in. There is still one lady their the one sitting at the desk, that is rude too. They are unprofesional and do not really know what they are doing. They train new girls and it seems like they do not train them right. The patients have left you hardley see a couple a vihicles there at one time. I was still going here because I thought maybe I can get out fast since their no patients their anymore but I have been their several times and I have been the only one their and they still manage to take a while to see us. I will be transferring to the Bayshore location where they actually know how to treat their patients.
